CNU's Office for Career and Academic Planning has helpful information and documentation for students beginning their search for study abroad solutions. Many study abroad programs are available to today's university students, and the links below can help get the search started.
The next step is to consult with an MCLL Study Abroad Contact Person for the language area of interest. These faculty members can help students find the program abroad that best fits their needs, whether they plan to study abroad for a summer, a semester or a year. Students who intend to study abroad should make an appointment to meet with the appropriate contact person early in the planning stages. A list of whom to contact is provided below.
The Department of Modern & Classical Languages & Literatures is proud to announce an exciting new study abroad opportunity in Seville, Spain, open to students interested in Spanish from beginner to advanced levels. Students will embark on this program for the first time in the Fall semester of the 2010-11 academic year. More information is available below.

Study Abroad Opportunities in Classical Studies
We encourage all students, especially those seeking a degree in Classical Studies, to explore the roots of western civilization by studying abroad in Greece and/or Italy.
Greece
The Rutgers Study Abroad Program in Greece offers a 6-credit summer course in Greek archaeology and history.
The Year in Athens program offers semester, summer, and year-long programs in Classics and a wide range of other disciplines.
Italy
The American Institute for Roman Culture offers semester-long programs in Classics, Archaeology, and Architecture, as well as a summer field school program in archaeology.
The Intercollegiate Center for Classical Studies in Rome offers fall and spring semester programs in Classical Studies.
The Umbra Institute offers semester, summer, and year-long programs in Classics, intensive Italian Language & Culture, and a wide range of other disciplines.
Israel
Tel Dor Excavation Project is a summer archaeological program open to all students. Prior knowledge of other languages is not required.
